Pele View Cottage is a stone-built fisherman's cottage
The spectacular beach at Druridge Bay is literally on the doorstep. Often there's hardly a soul in sight. Perfect for long walks !
The ground floor is open plan with exposed stone walls and a slate floor. The windows at the front look out across the fields to the medieval Pele Tower opposite - hence the cottage's name
The living area is beautifully furnished with large leather sofas. There is a smart TV with DVD
...and a log burner for cosy nights
The stone walls give the cottage great character
Feel free to add to the sea-glass collection !
The kitchen has a traditional feel and is fully equipped - there is a large dining table lit by an overhead lantern. All lighting is dimmable to create the perfect atmosphere
The sea view from the kitchen window is spectacular
The kitchen is separated from the living area by the oak staircase
The wooden staircase complements the slate floor and stone walls
The master bedroom is enormous, with a king sized bed, traditional oak furniture and dimmable lighting
There is a magnificent view across the field to the Pele Tower
There is also a comfortable leather sofa in the master bedroom - great for a quiet read
The living room and master bedroom have a great view of the medieval Pele Tower opposite the cottage
The second bedroom has twin oak beds and a spectacular sea view
The bathroom has a bath, WC and electric shower. The quirky arrow-slit window offers a sea view too
The cottage has a small enclosed garden - a great place to enjoy a glass of wine
The view from the Bank Top (at the rear of the cottage) is a great stress-buster
The Bank Top (at the rear of the cottage) is a lovely place to watch the sun rise
The sunsets are spectacular too
