CHANGE-OVER DAY
Booking deposit is one third of total rent. Balance is payable by 6 weeks before your stay.
SHORT BREAKS
Short breaks are either 3 or 4 nights (arriving Mon & departing Fri, or arriving Fri & departing Mon) charged at two thirds of the weekly price. Short breaks are available from October to March, but not during school holiday periods.
DOGS
There is an additional charge of £30 per dog per stay. Please see the home page for requirements regarding dogs.
